1. The notebook. An independent, family-run informational site about burger recipes and their sauces, maintained by Jorge Antonio Lopez, 6328 Marbrisa Ave B, Huntington Park, CA 90255, USA. Nothing is sold; the free PDF cards download without registration.

2. Cooking notes. Recipes describe typical family practice. Ingredient lines are a map, not a law — kitchens adapt. Nothing here is dietary or medical advice.

3. Accuracy. Entries are provided "as is" and may be corrected as the notebook evolves.

4. Sharing. Text and design belong to the publisher. Personal, non-commercial printing and linking — including the recipe cards — are welcome. Substantial republication needs prior written permission and credit.

5. Fair use. No disruption of the site and no automated access beyond ordinary human use.

6. Third parties. Outside resources, if referenced, are not controlled by the publisher.
