About Jorge

This notebook belongs to Jorge Antonio Lopez, who cooks for a big family in Huntington Park, California. The twelve burger recipes on the main page are the ones that survived every table argument — written down exactly as they are made at home, with the sauce that each one was always served with.

The notebook is shared, not sold. There are no pop-ups, no sponsored inserts and no orders to place; the printable cards in the sidebar are free and ask for nothing in return. Ingredient lines are written from memory of many Sunday cookouts — treat them as a map, not a law.

Pizza never appears here on purpose: this is a burger-and-sauce notebook through and through.
